TASTY TURKEY BURGERS

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 scoop pure bone broth protein
  • ½ diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 handful romaine lettuce or sprouted grain bun

SAUTE ONIONS OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL TENDER (8-10 MINUTES)

COMBINE ONIONS WITH TURKEY. BONE BROTH PROTEIN AND SEASONINGS.

FORM INTO 4 PATTIES; GRILL UNTIL DONE.

SERVE ON ROMAINE LETTUCE WRAP OR SPROUTED GRAIN BUN.
